Alright this guy demonstrated how small the world is. He had a good friend who danced with a company I know well in NYC. I just walk to a random dude in a remote shopping place in Richardson and it s someone who I have peripheral connection to? His story was that he was operations manager for the golf club at some country club in the area. Spotty information since I'm writing this days later. I do remember how incredibly smart this guy was. He went to A&M received a degree in genetics. He decided he didn't want to go into that so he moved back to the Dallas area and earned a degree in physics. That didn't suit him either so pursued his passion. Golf. Ended up doing really well and now he supports himself working at a golf course. He said every golf course in the world is beautiful. I looked at him like I didn't believe it and he said it didn't matter what the course felt like or how it was maintained. It was like church for some people. No matter how run down or tattered or uncared for he saw the beauty in its existence.Location: Richardson, TX
hat's this all about? It's an ambitious personal project to make a portrait of a someone I've never met before in my life every day for the span of one year.
